四川省人民关于同意设立四川川商商品交易中心的批复
成都市人民：
你市《关于恳请批准设立四川川商商品交易中心的请示》（成府〔2015〕18号）收悉。按照有关规定，同意设立四川川商商品交易中心，开展有色金属（不含黄金）、矿产品及农产品等商品的现货电子交易和相关商品的结算、交收、物流等业务（期货交易、权益类交易、其他标准化合约交易除外）。工商、金融等部门要贯彻落实《国务院关于大力发展电子商务加快培育经济新动力的意见》（国发〔2015〕24号）精神，积极支持我省大宗商品现货电子交易的发展，不得设立无法律法规依据的前置审批事项。
